We are aware that this is just the starting point, we have brought to the Cruna del Lago our enthusiasm, our passion and the experience developed over the last years in the
most prestigious restaurants of the Province of Novara, among which the restaurants “Al Soriso” of Soriso and “La Taverna del Pittore” on the lakeside of Arona.
 
What we would like to do is to appeal you with our untraditional cuisine, made of creativity and great care of quality and seasonality of our fresh ingredients.
